Icebox Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. red pepper
4 c. American (sharp) cheese, grated
1 c. margarine
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation

Sift flour.
Add salt, pepper, nuts and cheese.
Cream butter and mix thoroughly with other ingredients.
Mold into 2 rolls and place in refrigerator overnight.
Slice thinly and bake at 359\u00b0 until lightly browned (10 to 12 minutes).
May be made ahead and frozen in rolls until ready for use.
Great for parties.
