Do Ahead Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 heaping c. bran
1 3/4 c. honey
5 c. flour (2 c. white, 3 c. whole wheat)
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Dump everything into a large bowl.
Mix well.
Cover in airtight container and store in refrigerator.
This mixture will store for up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator or 3 to 6 months in the freezer.
