Kraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (14 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onions together; drain off fat.
    Mix in all other ingredients, chill until firm.
    Make into small balls, chill again.
    Beat together 2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk.
    Roll balls into flour, then dip into the egg mixture, then roll into the bread crumbs and deep fry.
