Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1 c. green pepper strips
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Brown chicken with onion in margarine.
    Add tomatoes, green pepper, milk and seasonings; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Remove chicken. Melt cheese and pour sauce over chicken.
