Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar marinated artichoke hearts
    cherry tomatoes
    1 can black olives, drained
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 head romaine lettuce
    1/2 head red/green lettuce
    black pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, black olives and mushrooms should be sliced thin.
    Mix ingredients together and use marinade from artichoke to dress.
    Top with black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
