Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 c. popped popcorn
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Heat butter, sugar, syrup and salt together.
Stir to dissolve sugar; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add soda and stir well.
Pour over popcorn, bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
