Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. hard-boiled eggs
1/4 to 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. pickle juice
dash of garlic powder
dash of celery salt
dash of artificial sweetener
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise; remove yolks.
Place yolks in a bowl; mash with a fork until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and pickle juice.
Add garlic, celery, sweetener and salt and pepper to taste.
Mixture should be smooth.
If too dry, add pickle juice, vinegar and mayonnaise until texture and taste are just right. fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
Garnish with paprika or parsley.
Makes 24.
