Horseradish Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked boiled eggs, cut lengthwise
    1/4 c. Blue Plate mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground mustard
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika
    dill weed (optional)
Preparation
    Remove yolks from eggs; lengthwise cut eggs. Set whites aside. In a bowl, mash the yolks until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, and mix well. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate before serving. Makes 1 dozen.
