Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. mashed banana
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Combine soft butter and sugar; mix until creamy.
    Add beaten eggs; mix well, then add mashed banana.
    Sift dry ingredients, add a little at a time and mix into the creamed mixture.
    Add nuts, mix until smooth.
    Put into greased and floured bread pan or into 1 pound coffee can.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven 65 to 70 minutes. Cool, slice thin.
    This can be made ahead of time, wrapped in foil and put in freezer.
