Hamburger Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. low grade hamburger
    5 heaping tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    1 tsp. cracked pepper
    2 tsp. instant minced garlic
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Mix once daily for 3 days (refrigerate). On the fourth day roll tightly into 3 rolls.
    Bake on broiler pan in 140\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 hours.
    Do not substitute.
