Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew meat
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
2 bell peppers
1 chunked onion
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Boil meat until well done.
In a nonstick skillet, melt butter; saute peppers and onion for 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms, soy sauce (more or less to taste) and butter.
Add meat.
Serve with white rice.
This recipe will serve 2 people.
