Oven Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    salt
    olive oil
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut in half or slice mushrooms.
    Place in baking dish. Combine parsley, garlic, salt and small amount of oil.
    Pour over mushrooms and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs, cheese and some oil over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
