Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    2/3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) jar process cheese spread
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter or margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients except rice.
    Simmer until thickened.
    Add rice; spoon into a 2 quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
