Swiss Steak(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless beef round steak
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
Preparation

Place margarine in 2 quart 12 x 7 glass baking dish. Microwave on ROAST for 1 minute or until melted.
Cut steak into serving pieces.
Combine flour, salt, pepper in plate.
Coat meat in seasoned flour.
Arrange seasoned meat in melted margarine. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
