Microwave Chicken Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, skinned
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced baby tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted black olives, drained and sliced
    1 onion, slivered
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) carton cream
    1 pkg. corn chips
Preparation
    Mix together taco seasoning, salt and garlic powder.
    Add chicken to coat.
    In shallow glass baking pan, place chicken. Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Turn. Uncover and cook 5 minutes.
    Place tomatoes, olives, onion and chilies over chicken; pour broth over all.
    Cover and microwave, turning once, on High about 12 minutes.
    Remove from oven; let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Return to oven for additional cooking if not fork-tender.
    Remove chicken to serving platter. Mix cornstarch and water; add to vegetables in dish and microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute until thick.
    Pour over chicken.
    Top with sour cream and chips.
