Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
3 to 5 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Stir with fork or pastry knife the shortening, flour and salt until crumbly.
Add water, starting with 3 tablespoons and adding more if needed.
Split in half and roll two 9-inch crusts for pie.
