Lobster Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cold boiled lobster or 1 can lobster meat
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. light cream
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Make cream sauce with butter, flour and cream.
    Melt butter; add flour.
    When smoothly blended, add cream and bring to a boil. Add mustard, salt and pepper.
    Combine with lobster meat and mushrooms.
    Fill individual shells or casserole with mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and brown under broiler flame.
