Stuffed Zucchini Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chicken broth or water
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran cereal
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Steam whole zucchini 15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Cool slightly; slice lengthwise.
    Scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Chop pulp and set pulp and shells aside.
