Poppy Seed Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6-8 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) sour cream
2 tubes Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts in salt and pepper until tender.
Drain and cut into cubes.
Mix chicken, soup and sour cream well.
Spread in greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
Crush ritz crackers over top of mixture.
Then pour melted butter over top.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Easy and delicious anytime.
Goes good over cooked rice.
