Cream Cheese Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (I use fat-free cream cheese)
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. nuts or 1/2 c. chocolate pieces instead of nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add bananas and eggs.
    Stir in Bisquick and nuts; do not beat.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes, until done, at 350\u00b0. Makes 1 large loaf.
    Freezes well.
