Hot Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size potatoes, cut in bite size pieces and boiled
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients and put in shallow baking dish.
    Over the top, scatter 6 slices of bacon, cut up and sliced green olives. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
