Seasoned New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    12 medium size new potatoes (about 2 1/2 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place water in a 2-quart shallow casserole; microwave at High for 12 to 15 seconds.
    Add bouillon granules; stir until the granules are dissolved.
    Stir in seasoned salt and lemon juice. Scrub potatoes; cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Place in seasoned liquid in casserole.
    Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; microwave at High for 14 to 16 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring after every 4 minutes.
    Add butter.
    Cover and microwave at High for 1 minute.
    Gently stir in parsley.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
