Whipped Topping (Icing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. boiling water

Preparation

Beat all together until the mixture stands in peaks.
Start beating immediately after water is added or it will not turn out right.
