Buffet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes lime jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can crushed pineapple (save juice)
    1 pkg. whipped topping mix
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    finely grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix jello with boiling water until dissolved.
    Add cold water. Refrigerate until thickened.
    Add 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice).
    Put jello and pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Chill until firm.
