Baked Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    bacon grease or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and rub bacon grease or vegetable oil on them. Prick with fork so skin won't explode.
    Put in pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until soft when squeezed.
