Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. pimento
    3/4 tsp. salt
    black pepper
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Cube 2 slices of white bread and place in bottom of baking dish.
    Combine chicken, vegetables, mayonnaise and seasonings. Spoon over bread.
    Trim crusts from remaining 4 slices of bread. Arrange on top.
    Combine eggs and milk; pour on top.
    Chill 1 hour or overnight.
    When ready to bake, spoon soup over and cook about 1 hour or until set at 325\u00b0.
    Sprinkle cheese over top the last few minutes of baking.
