Bourbon Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. bourbon
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. apple pie spice (or cinnamon and nutmeg)
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add margarine, orange juice, bourbon, sugar, salt and spices.
    Beat well.
    Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Top with pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 8.
