1 c. flour (all-purpose)
sprinkle of salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour; add salt.
Mix in water.
Divide into 2 rolls.
Roll out thin.
The secret of good pie crust is leaving small lumps of shortening in your mixture of dough.
