Hot Spinach Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
    4 c. herb stuffing
    1 large onion, minced
    8 eggs
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Squeeze out all liquid.
    Mix spinach with stuffing, onion, eggs, cheese, butter, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Chill for 2 hours or longer. Form into about 75 balls (1-inch in diameter).
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
