Pear Streusel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced pears
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    9 or 10-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Boil pears in 1 cup water for 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Reserve liquid for making sauce.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt; add lemon juice and rind.
    Use 1 cup pear liquid; cook until thick.
    Pour over pears in uncooked crust.
    Cover with sauce; sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat and cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
