Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small bell pepper
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. herb dressing
Preparation
    Cook squash with onion, pepper and butter until soft. Mash squash and mix with sour cream and soup.
    Line dish with 1/2 herb dressing.
    Pour in squash mixture and top with remaining dressing. Bake for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
