Old Fashioned Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. half and half
3/4 c. whole milk
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, nutmeg and butter together until it forms a crumbly mixture. Pour into pie shell.
Pour evaporated milk over mixture. Pour equal amounts of half and half and whole milk into pie shell until shell is full. Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown crust forms over top, about 20 to 25 minutes. Gently break crust with a rubber spatula.
Reduce oven heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes longer or until pie begins to thicken.
