Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. frozen loose pack hash browns, partially thawed
    1/4 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook sausage until brown; drain off excess fat. Separate rolls and pat in pizza pan with points toward center. Spoon sausage over crust.
    Sprinkle potatoes and top with cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over crust.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
