Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. pineapple and apricot juice, mixed
    1 large can apricots, cut in small pieces
    1 large can pineapple, diced
    100 miniature marshmallows
    1 c. pineapple and apricot juice, mixed
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients and gel. Cook the pineapple and apricot juice, sugar, flour, egg and butter until thick. When cool, add the whipped cream. Spread over the firm gelatin mix and top with grated cheese.
