Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Add flour, baking powder and spices.
    Fold together. Spread on greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Top with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
