Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. water
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can (16 oz.) red salmon, bones and skin removed
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in Dutch oven until transparent.
    Add water and broccoli.
    Simmer until broccoli is tender.
    Add salmon and bouillon granules.
    Combine evaporated milk, flour and milk. Season to taste.
    Heat until chowder thickens slightly.
    Yields 8 servings.
