Ono Ulu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ulu (breadfruit)
    2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. brandy (optional)
Preparation
    Boil or steam
    cook
    ulu and cut into bite size pieces, 1/2-inch thick.
    In a large skillet, melt butter or margarine. Add in ulu;
    fry,
    coating ulu with butter.
    Stir in honey and brown sugar, mixing well.
    Add in brandy and mix.
    Serve hot.
