Pecan Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 well-beaten eggs
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream shortening, margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
    Fold in nuts. Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned in a 350\u00b0 oven.
