Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    3 c. diced rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together sugar, flour and nutmeg.
    Add eggs and butter.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 55 to 60 minutes longer or until filling is set.
    Cool completely on wire rack before cutting. Makes 8 servings.
