Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. water
    1 chuck roast (3 to 4 lb.)
    6 bouillon cubes
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    1 c. orzo pasta
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in large pot.
    Add beef, bouillon cubes and tomato sauce; simmer for 2 hours.
    Remove beef from pot.
    Add vegetables, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    While vegetables are simmering, shred beef. Add shredded beef and orzo to pot, cook 15 minutes, until orzo is done.
