Rhubarb-Custard Pie(Makes 9-Inch Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

crust for 9-inch pie
3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. tapioca
cream or condensed milk or butter (to brush top of crust)
sugar (to sprinkle on top of crust)
Preparation

Roll out bottom crust and line pie pan.
Roll out top crust and set aside.
