Papa'S Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. fish filets per person (mild fish only)
    2 whole tomatoes, diced and seeded
    1 whole green pepper, sliced
    1 whole yellow onion, ringed
    1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    olive oil
    cooking bag
Preparation
    Oil inside of cooking bag.
    Place fish filets flat inside bag; add salt, pepper, hot sauce and garlic.
    Layer tomatoes, onions and peppers over filets.
    Seal bag and place on baking sheet; cut slits in bag.
    Place in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 20 minutes.
    Bag should swell and balloon when done.
    Remove fish and veggies with slotted spoon and serve over rice.
