Chili Rellenos Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
    3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut chilies into thin strips; remove seeds.
    In a lightly greased 9-inch square pan, alternately layer chilies with cheese, starting and ending with cheese. Beat eggs, milk and flour together.
    Pour over layered ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until firm.
    Cut into small squares and serve warm.
