Swiss Steak In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak
    flour, salt and pepper
    fat
    2 onions
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Dredge steak with flour and season with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in hot fat.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cover pan and simmer until meat is tender, about 2 1/2 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
