Flaming Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound cake or angel food cake
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    1 can cherry pie filling
    5 sugar cubes
    1 tsp. lemon extract (80 proof)
Preparation
    In crystal dish, put cake in the middle of the dish. Pour cherry pie filling around cake. Put vanilla ice cream in the middle of the cake. Put sugar cubes in a tablespoon and pour lemon extract over them. Place the sugar cubes in the center of the ice cream. Light with a match. When flames burn down, remove sugar cubes and serve. Very good.
