1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
