Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pineapple, cut up
    8 oz. cherries, halved
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1 pkg. dates, cut up
    2 c. fresh coconut
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix pineapple and cherries with 1/2 cup plain flour.
    Add dates and rest of ingredients.
    Pack in loaf pan and cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
