Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (may use turkey sausage)
    1 lb. sharp New York Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Combine sausage and cheese.
    Gradually add Bisquick, working in with hands.
    Shape into balls the size of a walnut and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
