Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. stuffing mix
1 large onion, finely chopped
6 eggs, beaten (may use just the whites)
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic salt and parsley seasoning
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix cooked spinach, stuffing mix, onion, eggs, butter, cheese, garlic salt, parsley seasoning, thyme and pepper in bowl.
Chill until firm.
Shape into balls.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
Yield: 50.
