Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned
    cornbread, cubed or crumbled
    loaf bread, cubed or crumbled
    2 onions, chopped
    5 or 6 ribs celery, chopped
    6 beaten eggs (raw)
    onion
    celery
    pepper and sage to taste
    salt (if needed)
Preparation
    Add
    boiled
    chicken
    to
    cornbread and equal amount of loaf bread
    (week-old
    bread
    is better to use).
    Let it set a few hours after crumbling to dry out.
    Cook chopped onions and celery in skillet until tender, but do not cook too long.
    Add boiling broth
    to
    bread crumbs;
    stir to
    make
    smooth.
    Add beaten eggs, onion and celery, then more broth until it's real soupy
    and thin. Add pepper and sage to taste
    and
    salt,
    if needed.
    Place in flat pan or casserole dish.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 until brown.
